SKINNY FAMOUS NAMES X SHORTLAND ST

So Skinny can keep their low prices and customers happy, they use people with celebrity names instead of actual celebrities in their ads, Everyone from Ben Affleck to Julia Roberts. But they hadn’t done any local celebrities. So we decided to do it with a staple New Zealand TV show -Shortland St.

We shot in the set of Shortland St. and stitched our TVC to the show, so when we cut to commerical, it looked like we were still in the show. Replacing the main character -Chris Warner with Chris Warner, from Kaukapakapa.
